We offer free UK delivery for orders over £120, this will still be active for the BFCM and we will pay this postage on your behalf should your order reach over this value. Despatch times for all BFCM orders will take up to 7 days due to high volumes. We appreciate some customers may be ordering for Birthdays, Gifts etc prior to Christmas and be needing them earlier therefore we will also be offering a 'BFCM Priority Jump the Queue' UK option @ £6.50. This will jump you the queue, fast track your order and have priority packing, tracking and quick despatch. If you are happy with the 7 Days despatch wait time please choose Tracked 48 or the Free Delivery option over £120.00.

We ask if you would be kind enough to double check your cart before checking out. If you check your sizes, colour and order quantity and check you are happy with everything in the cart before checking out. We are unable to rectify orders once placed due to order volume. 

Please double check telephone numbers, email addresses and full postal addresses to avoid any extra delays with your parcel delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect address if it's the address left at checkout that has been inputted.

On each product page we have a tab called 'description' by clicking this it will open up an in depth tab, we recommend reading this fully which has lots of useful information on fabrics, weights, uses and fits. If you scroll to the bottom of the product page you will also see reviews left by customers, they usually leave photographs and very helpful sizing advice. Although we have staff working over time in customer service due to volume of orders we will not be able to work through emails as quickly as our usual efficiency, therefore you can find much information under our FAQ's or Shipping Guide.  You are welcome to still email us admin@horzehoods.com but social media messages will be backlogged. We recommend getting your questions in prior to the event and also checking out size guides and charts on the product page.

All BFCM Sales Orders will be eligible for extended Christmas exchange/credit notes until 15 January 2024. If we no longer have the item in the size needed a credit note to the same value will be granted to spend in store on anything you choose.

Any review discount codes you have will not work on any BFCM event as the products will already hold a heavy discount. We encourage you to keep the discount code safe so you can use it against future purchases.

We send using Royal Mail & DHL dependent on what option is chosen by you at checkout. We only ever send using a tracked service. If an item has been delivered and successfully shows as delivered this means we have despatched our end, passed to the delivery couriers and they have delivered. If you have not received a parcel that is showing as delivered we would expect there to be a genuine reason such as safe place, neighbours, household member has taken receipt. As we do pay extra to send all GPRS scanned track our couriers will provide evidence, we would request to wait 1 week from delivery for the opportunity for it to arrive prior to us opening an investigation with your local depot. We however must stress this is very rare and we have a high success rate for deliveries, due to BFCM and Christmas naturally there will be delays that we don't normal encounter through normal non seasonal months.
