We sell and ship daily Worldwide. Please use our shipping calculator when entering products into your basket to get an estimated shipping cost. If you are unsure or have further questions please do not hesitate to contact the office. For more information please see ‘Shipping Rates’ Horzehoods Ltd take full responsibility of product up until the point of reaching courier, at which stage then hands over to the courier service. Courier’s endeavour to post product in said time but we cannot place a guarantee on how fast the postal service or your local depot may be. If you are out when your product was attempted courier should leave you a card or follow instructions on email or text service.

EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS & BREXIT -

Please note regulations are changing and our financial team are reviewing the best methods for our EU customers. Whilst our Team look into the most effective way to adapt we have the following offers available to EU Fans to subsidise any costs they 'may' be charged at customs. As follows

  • For orders under £150.00 We are charging a low cost fee at checkout for tracked shipping with Royal Mail to Europe and we will pay towards the shipping cost on your behalf. There is the option to ignore this and continue to pay DHL Express should you prefer.

**Although we offer Free Shipping to you, it is not free to us, we are paying this on your behalf to help towards covering the cost of any Tax/Duty 'should' you encounter any charges. 

 

 

** We sell premium manufactured products without the premium prices. For example a pair of our leggings may cost £59.99 and for the same quality £120 with another brand, we therefore feel our competitive prices make up for any Duty or Taxes you may be charged at customs. We will always strive to remain competitively priced in ratio of quality for you the customer to benefit.

(**We strongly recommend if you are wanting to be guaranteed your overseas order quickly not to use Royal Mail as due to Covid although a lower cost they are a little slower than private couriers).

INTERNATIONAL DUTY & TAX NOTICE
RRP Prices shown are exclusive of VAT/Tax/Duty. Your Country will work out your taxes owed to release the shipment which the receiver/buyer is responsible to pay. USA only charge duty when the order is over £800 but tax is still owed. Each Country has their own Duty & Tax payable calculations; something we have no control over. If parcels are not paid and returned to us your order will be refunded minus shipping as shipping has already been paid to the courier. Some customs may destroy parcels if refused. We are unable to refund any orders that do not get returned to us.

NOTE: Remote areas are charged at a higher rate overseas. Checkout will calculate based on what you order, if the checkout charges less than the courier charge and it is substantially more then we will invoice for the additional cost. This is rare and only happens in certain remote locations across the world. Customers can cancel their orders at any time for a full refund prior to despatching should this happen.

UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERIES

We send using Royal Mail, DPD and DHL dependent on what option is chosen at checkout. We only ever send using a tracked service.
If an item has been delivered and successfully shows as delivered this means we have despatched our end, passed to the delivery couriers and they have delivered. If you have not received a parcel that is showing as delivered we would expect there to be a genuine reason such as safe place, neighbours, household member has taken receipt. As we do track everything couriers will provide evidence, we would request to wait 1 week from delivery for the opportunity for it to arrive prior to us opening an investigation for theft, at which we will claim and resend a duplicate order once the item has been proven to be unsuccessfully delivered. We however must stress this is very rare and we have a high success rate for deliveries, due to BFCM and Christmas naturally there will be delays that we don't normal encounter through normal non seasonal months.

If we provide tracking and the item is showing as delivered at the address specified it means we have despatched the order to the courier on your behalf and provided tracking evidence. Should this rare event happen we will open an investigation with courier, once courier have reported back to us with their report we can then update you. As a good will gesture in between a parcel showing as delivered being located we can on occasions send a duplicate order and reclaim our original order once the investigation and original parcel is located; but unable to offer refunds until couriers have investigated and reported back to ourselves.
