SHIPPING
We offer free UK delivery for orders over £75, this will still be active for the BFCM and we will pay this postage on your behalf should your order reach over this value. Despatch times will be between 7-14 Days due to high volumes.We appreciate some customers may be ordering for Birthdays, Gifts etc prior to Christmas and be needing them earlier therefore we will also be offering a 'BFCM Priority Express Shipping' UK option @ £5.90. This will jump you the queue, fast track your order and have priority packing, tracking and quick despatch. If you are happy with the 7-14 Days wait time please choose Tracked 48 or the Free Delivery option over £75.

We ask if you would be kind enough to double check your cart before checking out. If you check your sizes, colour and order quantity and check you are happy with everything in the cart before checking out. We are unable to rectify orders once placed due to order volume.

Q&A'S
Although we have staff working over time in customer service due to volume of orders we will not be able to work through emails as quickly as our usual efficency, therefore you an find much information under our FAQ's or Shipping Guide.  You are welcome to still email us admin@horzehoods.com but social media messages will be backlogged. We recommend email as our priority contact.

CHRISTMAS EXCHANGES
All BFCM Sales Orders will be eligible for extended Christmas exchange until 7 January. If we no longer have the item in the size needed a credit note to the same value will be granted to spend in store on anything you choose. We do not have exchanges available on defect items as they are sold advertised faulty, but we are happy to size exchange if needed within a 14 day period.

DISCOUNT CODES
Any review discount codes you have will not work on any BFCM event as the products will already hold a heavy discount. We encourage you to keep the discount code safe so you can use it against future purchases.

COURIERS & DELIVERIES
We send using Royal Mail, DPD and DHL dependent on what option is chosen at checkout. We only ever send using a tracked service.
If an item has been delivered and successfully shows as delivered this means we have despatched our end, passed to the delivery couriers and they have delivered. If you have not received a parcel that is showing as delivered we would expect there to be a genuine reason such as safe place, neighbours, household member has taken receipt. As we do track everything couriers will provide evidence, we would request to wait 1 week from delivery for the opportunity for it to arrive prior to us opening an investigation for theft, at which we will claim and resend a duplicate order once the item has been proven to be unsuccessfully delivered. We however must stress this is very rare and we have a high success rate for deliveries, due to BFCM and Christmas naturally there will be delays that we don't normal encounter through normal non seasonal months.
