If you order in stock items and preorder items in one order we will fulfil them together in one parcel once they are both in stock. Although we offer free shipping to the customer it is not free for us to send as we have to pay the courier, therefore we pay one shipping cost on your behalf unless you want to pay a second shipping to have your in stock item sent earlier you can arrange via email admin@horzehoods.com

We sell and ship daily Worldwide. Please use our shipping calculator when entering products into your basket to get an estimated shipping cost. For more information please see ‘Shipping Rates’ Horzehoods Ltd take full responsibility of product up until the point of reaching courier, at which stage then hands over to the courier service. Courier’s endeavour to post product in said time but we cannot place a guarantee on how fast the postal service or your local depot may be. If you are out when your product was attempted courier should leave you a card or follow instructions on email or text service.


Customers needing to cancel an order should do so by calling the Horzehoods Cheshire office by telephone 0161 480 7333 or via email admin@horzehoods.com. Orders cancelled prior to dispatch will be refunded in full. Orders cancelled after dispatch will need to be returned to Horzehoods Ltd in unused condition at the customer’s expense. The value of the order, minus the initial postage & packaging cost will be refunded to the method from which payment was originally made. You do not have to give a reason for cancellation and have a 14 day cancellation period applied starting from the day the order was created via the website. Please ensure your parcel was returned via a trackable service as Horzehoods will not be responsible for any delays or loss of parcels should they not reach our team. We cannot accept a cancelled order back in for refund if the product has been opened from the packaging and is not in immaculate new condition along with swing tags.
