Useful info for USA & International Customers
As a UK British Brand we ship from the UK to the USA/Internationally and trade by default in GBP currency.
All prices shown are in GBP Sterling. If you do not change the currency selector on the website and shop in GBP then the currency convertor will exchange through your payment provider via their rate of the day on the current exchange rate. This will be calculated and with your payment provider at checkout.
Regardless of exchange, the monies (we) Horzehoods receive is the exact GBP sterling advertised in your checkout cart. If you dispute any currency fee's this needs to be with the provider who charged them.

Returns/Exchnages/Refunds
Returns for exchange will mean the buyer is responsible for returning the product(s) to us, we have no control over what courier you decide to use or how much they may charge. We do recommend if shopping internationally to email the team prior to purchase to get sizing advice and measurement charts. Whilst however accurate we know our size guide is we acknowledge it is impossible to suit a 100% size guarantee at all times; therefore the more information you read on the website and ask our service team prior to purchasing the less likely an exchange will be needed; however we as a brand will pay at a loss to ourselves a second postage fee to send a new exchange size back out to you if this is what you would like.
Refunds
Refunds need to be received back within 28 days of receiving your order or a credit note will be issued instead. Please note refunds are sent to the method you chose to checkout with and may vary depending on the daily exchange rate which is worked out by your payment provider not (us) Horzehoods. We return the exact amount we received for the product, and additional deficit should there be a minimal discrepancy will be due to exchange rates.
EXTRA SIZING CONVERSIONS
US sizes do not convert simply into UK sizes, we have a standard conversion on the size selection drop down under each product, however if you would rather work out based on waist measurements the below estimations should help, as a lot of our products are stretch based this is simply a helpful guide for conversion. We highly recommend opening the description tab of the product page to read the full description on fabric fits.
