Useful info for USA Customers

As a UK British Brand we ship from the UK to the USA and trade by default in GBP currency. 

All prices shown are in GBP Sterling. If you do not change the currency selector on the website and shop in GBP then the currency convertor will exchange through your payment provider via their rate of the day on the current exchange rate. This will be calculated and with your payment provider at checkout. 

Regardless of exchange, the monies (we) Horzehoods receive is the exact GBP sterling advertised in your checkout cart. If you dispute any currency fee's this needs to be with the provider who charged them.

Returns/Exchnages/Refunds
Returns for exchange will mean the buyer is responsible for returning the product(s) to us, however we as a brand will pay a second postage fee at a cost to ourselves to send the new exchange size back out to you.

Refunds
Refunds need to be received back within 28 days of receiving your order or a credit note will be issued instead. Please note refunds are sent to the method you chose to checkout with and may vary depending on the daily exchange rate which is worked out by your payment provider not (us) Horzehoods. We return the exact amount we received for the product, and additional deficit should there be a minimal discrepancy will be due to exchange rates.
