Returns Label (UK)

UK Returns Label emailed via Horzehoods during opening hours, Monday-Friday 9am-3pm.

Customers are responsible for returning items back to us, however we will pay to send the exchange item back out to you at a cost to ourselves. 

Any products deemed faulty will be at a return cost to ourselves as agreed with the customer in service emails prior.

The returns label (UK) you will be sent will be via Royal Mail.

To arrange the item to be collected visit: https://send.royalmail.com/collect/youritems quoting your tracking label sent by us after purchase.

We hope you are delighted with the product(s) you will receive, however should you wish to return for either a refund or size exchange you

Your welcome to return unwanted, unused products within 28 Days of Purchase.
If you a returning for a size exchange you will pay for the item to be returned but we will pay the shipping to send a new size back out to you.
You will be supplied with a returns form on the back of your order sheet, if you misplace this don't worry! A note with your name and contact details and instructions of what you would like is perfect.

ALL SALES OUTLET/DEFECT/FLAWED are exchangeable for credit note or size change, but sadly non refundable.
